who we are
For the past 35 years, Rock has been active in the commercial real estate industry in varied capacities. Over the past 20 years, we have primarily focused on single and dual tenant developments. We have built over 100 Walgreens stores as well as stores for Verizon, Firestone, McDonalds, Dollar Tree and various other retailers.
In addition to our single and dual tenant developments, we are capable of retail shopping centers such as our work at Celebration for Disney. We are committed to quality site selection and thoughtful developments that shape communities.
